What will I be doing?
The Food & Beverage Cost Controller examines F&B expenses and management elements to guarantee the application of economical strategies across the entire F&B sector. This individual generates diverse documentation and leads weekly briefings to inform sectors and executives regarding patterns and expense variables. Particularly, you are tasked with executing these duties to superior levels:
• Organizes and manages maneuvers intended to fix behaviors detrimental to the fiscal success of the food and beverage division.
• Collaborates in any required capacity for the productive general functioning of the Finance Office in total alignment with the guidelines, legal, and formal structures.
• Acts as a commercial partner to all hotel accounting colleagues and the F&B sector.
• Engages in every pertinent Finance coaching and professional growth scheme. In the event of a combined professional capacity, any duties in related joint descriptions shall be practiced per Hilton’s duty separation standards.
